Storage

* Refrigerate for up to 5 days
* Freeze for up to 3 months
* Freeze on the day of purchase for maximum freshness.

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 250–260°C (or as hot as your oven goes).
2. Place a pizza stone or tray in the oven while preheating if you have one.
3. Add a thin layer of sauce and your favourite toppings. Don’t overload it.
4. Bake for 7–10 minutes until the crust is crisp and the cheese is bubbling.
5. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before slicing.

For pizza ovens:

* Bake at 350–400°C for approximately 2–3 minutes, turning as needed.

Topping tip

Less is more. A light layer of sauce and a few quality toppings will give the crispiest, most flavourful pizza.
