Our take on the classic cookie, made with nutty browned butter, organic heritage flour and a touch of freshly milled emmer. Naturally fermented with sourdough and sweetened with unrefined rapadura, then generously studded with white chocolate chips and salted macadamias. Thick, chewy and deeply caramelised, with rich toasted grain and buttery notes throughout.
